Azure-winged Magpie

The azure-winged magpie is a slender member of the crow family measuring 31–35cm. It resembles a smaller, finer-built Eurasian magpie, with relatively short legs and a small bill. Its glossy black crown contrasts with a white throat and pale grey-fawn back and underparts, while its wings and long, 16–20cm tail are conspicuously azure blue. (Wikipedia, general species account)
