Brown-breasted Flycatcher

It is 13 to 14 cm long and weighs 10 to 14 g. It is olive-brown above with rufous upper tail coverts, a conspicuous eye-ring, a white chin and throat, a pale brown breast and buffy white belly. It forages for insects below the forest canopy, often close to the forest floor (Wikipedia, general species account).

It is like the Asian brown flycatcher but has pale rather than black legs. It was named by Layard after his servant Muttu, who brought him the specimen.
