Harlequin Bat

The harlequin bat is a medium-sized, unmistakably patterned vesper bat with a 5.61–6.12cm forearm. Its head, back and flanks are orange to orange-brown, mixed with paler hairs and scattered white tufts that may form a pale line down the back. The belly combines dark-brown and creamy-white hairs, while the bare wing and tail membranes are uniformly dark brown. (Bats of the Indian Subcontinent)
