The Himalayan bluetail, also called the Himalayan red-flanked or orange-flanked bush-robin, is a small passerine now generally placed among the Old World flycatchers. It is closely related to the red-flanked bluetail, of which it was generally treated as a subspecies, but it differs in its migratory behaviour (the red-flanked bluetail is a long-distance migrant), in the more intense blue of adult males and in the greyer colour of females and juveniles. Its status as a species is under review and it is not currently recognised by BirdLife International. (Wikipedia, general species account)
