Oshan Metacarpal-tubercled Toad

The Oshan metacarpal-tubercled toad is a small megophryid frog. Males reach approximately 28mm in snout–vent length and females about 32mm. Its name refers to Mount Emei, the type locality: "Oshan" is a contraction of Omeishan, an older transliteration of the mountain's name. Earlier scientific combinations include Megophrys oshanensis, Paramegophrys oshanensis and Leptolalax oshanensis. (Wikipedia, general species account)
