Habitat
Limestone karst hills
Range
Southern Guangxi, China
The white-headed langur is a dark-bodied leaf monkey with a sharply contrasting white crown, cheeks and neck. This coloration separates it visually from the closely related Cat Ba langur, whose corresponding crown and facial fur is golden. The species has an exceptionally restricted distribution among limestone karst hills in southern Guangxi, China. Its scattered range lies south of the Zuo River, which separates it geographically from populations of François's langur farther north. (Wikipedia, general species account; Mammal Diversity Database)
